What Quick Care evaluates
If it is simple and safe to manage over video, Quick Care can likely help. It is open to any adult 18 and older, women and men alike, in the states where Sheri Erwin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is licensed. A few of the most common reasons people book:
Evaluation of sinus symptoms, congestion, cough, colds, and uncomplicated upper respiratory concerns.
Evaluation and treatment of symptoms consistent with an uncomplicated urinary tract infection, when appropriate for telehealth.
Initial evaluation of sore throat symptoms, with testing or in-person care recommended when needed.
Seasonal allergies and the congestion, itching, and irritation they bring.
Minor skin issues, rashes, mild acne flares, and cold sores.
Evaluation of mild redness, discharge, or symptoms consistent with uncomplicated pink eye.
Evaluation of symptoms consistent with a vaginal yeast infection.
Review of certain stable, non-controlled medication and contraception refill requests, when clinically appropriate.
$49 per visit, often available the same day.
When to seek other care
Telehealth is a good fit for many common concerns, and it is not right for everything. Use these guides, and when something is beyond what is safe to handle by video, I will tell you honestly and point you to the right level of care.
How it works
When you are not feeling well, the last thing you want is a waiting room. Book from home, tell me what is going on, and we will meet by video for about twenty minutes. If medication is clinically appropriate, I can send a prescription to your pharmacy. Quick Care is $49 per visit, paid at booking, for adults 18 and older in the states where I am licensed.
Before you book
A prescription is provided only when it is clinically appropriate. Some concerns require testing, supportive care, or an in-person examination instead.
If your concern cannot be safely handled by video, I will explain why and recommend the appropriate next step. The $49 fee covers the clinical evaluation and is not refunded once the visit has begun, even if in-person care, laboratory testing, imaging, or another level of care is recommended. If I review your intake before the appointment and determine that Quick Care is not appropriate and the visit does not occur, your $49 fee will be refunded.
Quick Care is often available the same day, depending on appointment availability.
Yes. Quick Care is available to adults 18 and older, including women and men, who are physically located in one of the nine states where Sheri Erwin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, provides care.
No. Quick Care does not prescribe controlled substances.
