Proactive Health and Cancer Risk Reduction
Early detection and real risk reduction, from a clinician who spent years in oncology. It does the two things a rushed primary care visit rarely has room for: it identifies your real risk, and it helps you lower it, so we act early, while we still have the most power to change the outcome.
Not sure yet? A free consultation is always an option too. Clinical care by telehealth in AZ, CO, FL, ID, KY, MT, OR, WA, WY

We map your personal and family history with the same tools cancer specialists use, and where it is indicated, we order the right genetic testing and interpret it in plain language. You finally know where you actually stand.
You leave with the changes that most reduce your risk, chosen for you, and a personalized screening calendar built for your risk instead of a generic checklist. Nothing missed, nothing done too early.
If anything ever needs a closer look, I coordinate it and stay with you through it. Higher-risk findings route to a genetic counselor, and your surveillance continues in your ongoing care.
Best for the woman with a family history, a recent scare, or simply the resolve to get ahead of cancer instead of waiting.
Your $695 covers two visits: a 60-minute initial consult for your cancer-risk assessment, and a 45-minute follow-up visit where we review your results and build your screening calendar together. Genetic testing, when it is indicated, is ordered through an outside genetics lab and billed by that lab, not by me, commonly around $250, and many plans cover it. Any optional advanced screening is billed by the lab or vendor. Afterward, your ongoing surveillance continues through an ongoing care plan. HSA and FSA welcome.
Risk-identification testing we can bring in
Ordered only when your risk profile calls for it, interpreted in plain language, and always priced transparently before we proceed.
Optional add-ons, if you want to go deeper: biological-age testing and a functional hormone-metabolism assessment, which round out your healthspan and risk-reduction plan.

The Early Advantage provides risk assessment, at-home and coordinated screening, and risk-reduction guidance. It is designed to complement, not replace, imaging-based screening such as mammography and diagnostic imaging, or the in-person care of your primary care provider or gynecologist. It does not diagnose, treat, or claim to prevent cancer.
The goal is simple: to understand your risks today and the ones ahead, and to help you protect your healthspan for the decades to come.
Start The Early Advantage whenever you're ready. You don't have to book a consultation first, though it's there if you'd rather talk it through.
